A pair of gold and polki chandbali earrings with their design centered around the crescent and flower motifs.
The top of the chandbali holds a six-petaled rosette at its center, set with polki/uncut diamonds. Attached to the top is a double crescent - one dressed in uncut diamonds and the other in gold-wire work holding gem-set petals and a flower. Suspended from it are gold stamp-work patris with fringes of seed pearls and green glass beads.
An emblem of peace and calm, the crescent moon symbolizes the Great Divine Mother (Shakti) and female power.
