Nishat Jaisalmeri Necklace
Indian Necklace for women handcrafted in gold. The main element is a stone inlaid with a flowering tree of life (jeevan vriksh) dressed in polki using the traditional jadai technique and bordered with kundan-set diamonds. It is suspended from and elliptical unit, set with stone and inlaid with diamonds, through a circular polki halo unit.
On either side of the central unit are 3 strands. The smallest strand, closest to it are dressed in diamonds and South Sea pearls. The second strand comprises drop-shaped elements dressed in polki and bordered by seed pearls using chakkar-pirai, 8-petaled polki rosettes, and South Sea pearls. The third strand comprises alternating elliptical- and drop-shaped polki elements. The elliptical units are dressed in meena chudiwork, while the drop-shaped units are bordered with a halo of polki.
This entire unit is suspended from three lines of pearls interspersed with emeralds and polki units.
